We’re happy to deepen Ottawa’s connection with our favourite guest teacher! Tomás will be here for the weekend of February 22-23, 2020.
Saturday, Feb. 22
On Saturday afternoon, Tomás will be giving a special 2-hour workshop on Amagues, Rebotes, and Rewinds. Leaders will learn to use the unexpected to create playful surprises, and followers will meet these surprises in a fun way. If you have not worked with Tomás, this is a great opportunity for an in-depth encounter!
Geneva Hall, a.k.a. “the big room,” at Knox Presbyterian (120 Lisgar)
We’re doing something new to give more people in our Ottawa Tango community a chance to work with Tomás:
– From 1 to 2 PM will be for intermediate dancers.
– From 2:10 to 3:10 will be for advanced dancers (you must take the intermediate portion to join)
The first module will be $20. If you take both, pay $35.
The entire afternoon will be role-balanced, so pre-registration is required. Email email@example.com to register and get payment details.
