New to Tango?

Beginner Bootcamp

On Saturday, January 20, and Saturday, January 27, we are offering two beginner bootcamps for those who want to take their first steps into tango.

They will be progressive, so if you’re unable to come to the first one, you’ll have to make arrangements to catch up so you can join the second.

You can use this form to register.

We welcome you to join us for an afternoon of Argentine Tango, warm embraces, and cozy movement! Each bootcamp is $35 per person.

This is a perfect opportunity for:

  • Absolute beginners who are curious about tango
  • Dancers who have not been on the dance floor for a long time
  • Dancers who are interested in learning the opposite role

All events will be taking place at 61 Main Street in Old Ottawa East. For parking information, please see our guide.

Some important information:

  • HEALTH AND SAFETY: Please stay home if you are feeling unwell or are coughing or sneezing. There are hand sanitizer and masks on hand, should you need them.
  • NO PARTNER NECESSARY if you are okay with switching partners. If you are not okay with this, you must attend with a partner that you know and trust, and you don’t have to switch if you don’t want to.
  • SHOES: Please bring a pair of clean indoor shoes to change into. If you have dance shoes, that’s great. If you have neither, a pair of cozy socks will suffice.

Questions? Just email us.
