September 25: Dance Tango like a Teacher
If you think dancing like a teacher means being able to do fancy moves, think again! Dancing like a teacher means you have reliable, clean technique and erring on the side of elegance.
We’ll do drills and exercises to 1) improve our basic skills and 2) prepare us for the difficult moves we want to do. Then we’ll look at a complex sequence and attack it as a teacher would.

October 9, 16, 23: Tango Clinics
Each week, we’re going to tackle a fundamental topic in tango. Improvement is best when it comes through slow and steady effort. No quick fixes! Lots of practice time, lots of time to ask questions and work with your fellow dancers.

- October 16: The Pivots
- October 23: Adornos (Embellishments) for both roles
Please note there is no class on October 2 and 30, as the Ottawa Dance Directive will be in production for those days.
